Meng Tech (“Meng Tech”, “we”, “us”) is a studio registered in Singapore (UEN 53468004J) that works with clients around the world. We respect your privacy wherever you are. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. We aim to meet the standards of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where they apply to you, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and comparable laws.
1. What we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We only collect what you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the site securely.
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the subject, and the contents of your message. If you share more in your message (for example, your company or project details), we receive that too.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically records standard request data — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in server logs, to keep the site available and secure. We do not use this to build profiles of you.

2. Why we use your data
We use the personal data above only to:
- respond to your enquiry and provide information or a quotation;
- carry out and manage any work you engage us for, and keep records of our communications;
- operate, secure, and improve this website;
- comply with legal and accounting obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent (when you contact us), our legitimate interests in responding to and running our business, and, where relevant, performance of a contract with you.
4. International transfers
We are based in Singapore, and our service providers may store or process data in other countries, including within the United States and the European Union. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy and applicable law (for example, relying on providers that offer recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses).
5. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages and related correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry out any resulting work, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see your rights below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal data: to access it, to correct it, to request deletion, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where the GDPR applies, you also have the right to data portability.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority.
7. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep our practices appropriate to the data we hold.
8. Children
This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, so please check back periodically.
